Just a few minutes ago... 

Only one machine is being affected or claiming to be affected currently, and it was one of many 64 bit machines if that helps at all. 
As you can see on the right hand column,
c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\Xfer\   is indicating virus containing temp files
