Symantec help V.21 reports administrator not part of group error

The symantec help tool says my admin login is not part of the 'Exchange organziation administrators group' which it actually is.

Did you restart all BE services after adding the account to the group ?

Truth be told i've had BE for going on two years and this is the first time i've ran this tool. I've also had multiple successful restores. I actually restarted the server twice today for windows updates. It's been in there from the get go.

i'm still getting this error reported, and i'm coming up total zeros as to why it's thinking this. Regardless of whether I can do restores I have a feeling it's causing problems maybe I can't see as of yet.

Please log a formal support case against Backup Exec and Symhelp giving the wrong information and then we can look into it. The suggestion I have received internally is that we need the information you get by selecting the box “Full data collection for support”, and clicking Scan. However to manage communication about your problem it will need a support case.

Out of interest are you logged in as Administrator or on your own account when you are running Sym Help and does it show somethign different if you login as the other account?
