  • 1.  Symantec Installation Manager Download?

    Hey Guys,

     

    We need Symantec Installation Manager where can I get it? we dont have serial includes it when we tried to use fileconnect. I know we can make a case for this but we need it right now as I type this. Anyone can help? T his is for our SEP client to have IT Analytics.

    I believe you need Symantec Management Platform (SMP) as SIM comes with it. SIM manages the SMP product line.

    Hi,

    based on what I read so far, I need SIM to install first then install SMP then install the IT Analytics for SEP.

    What do you think?

    You need to create a case so that they can assign SIM to your serial number if not already assigned or if you dont remember your serial number

    I would suggest contacting support. You need the proper serial to download from fileconnect.
