Symantec Installation Manager Log Files

If you are new to the Symantec Management Platform 7 and using the new Symantec Installation Manager, you will want to know where the log files are located should you encounter installation issues. Before the Notification Server (Management Platform server) is installed, the logs will be located in %temp%\SIMLOGS. After the Notification Server is installed, logs will be located in C:\Program Files\Altiris\Notification Server\Logs. This path will be different if you chose to install the platform to something other than the default path.
