After every second day I get the the following message, while trying to launch SIM:
The product listing located at http://www.solutionsam.com/solutions/pl/symantec.pl.xml.zip could not be accessed.
What would you like to do?

( ) Choose a different Product Listing
( ) Use the cached version of the currently selected Product Listing: symantec.pl.xml.zip, Created:....
I can manually download the zip file.
I read this article: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH159352 but it didn't make any difference.

Can DNS resolve solutionsam.com?
Is site filtering blocking the site from the server?
Do you have a proxy? Is it configured correctly?
I can access this just fine in my environments.
It works randomly.
I dont know why it fail sometimes.
