Yes it can assume BMC Remedy can consume the Incident and Reporting API that Symantec DLP has. The video is showing us leveraging the API within DLP to drive the workflow and incident resposne.
The incident API is bi-directional, meaning we can make changes to the incident status in the ticketing system and have that update within DLP.
