    can  symantec end point protection integrated with bmc remedy tool to handle Symantec DLP incidents with ticketing system (bmc remedy system) . please reply asap

    These are two separate functions by SEP and DLP. There is no integration between the two.

    srry i meant to ask  can we use bmc remedy tool to handle symantec  dlp incidents.

    Yes it can assume BMC Remedy can consume the Incident and Reporting API that Symantec DLP has. The video is showing us leveraging the API within DLP to drive the workflow and incident resposne.

    The incident API is bi-directional, meaning we can make changes to the incident status in the ticketing system and have that update within DLP.

    Refer to the Incident and Reporting API manual that is included within the DOCS zip file on fileconnect.
