    the sep client have an live update installed.
    the update run successfully but the client update not the sepm

    using .jdb not work
    liveupdate install update, but the symantec endpoint protection updates not the sepm

    Enable sylink debugging on the affected client, let it run thru a few heartbeats and post the log here for review

    You can try to clear corrupt virus defination

    Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 11.x is not updating 32 or 64 bit virus definitions.

    How much disk space available in SEPM installation Drive ? Can you post liveupdate.log ?

    Are you sure you are using Embedded database ?

    11.0 SEPMs using SQL 2005 databases are not properly processing/publishing AV definition updates

    have you try uninstall SEPM live update ?

    Please reinstall SEPM liveupdate again
