    Hi

I'm using Symantec EP 101.1.0.75 on Redhat Linux.

My installation went fine and i'm able to initiate scan also. Unforuntately

i'm not able to see the scan report.

I'm using following command to scan:

    /opt/Symantec/symantec_antivirus/sav manualscan -s /home

    /opt/Symantec/symantec_antivirus/sav info -s
    General Status: Scanning files
    Manual Scan Status: Scanning files

Rafeeq's first document is about the Symantec Scan Engine.  This does not apply.  The second one is about scan exclusions.  This also does not apply.

There is no Symantec Endpoint for Linux.  Is it SAV for Linux 1.0.10 (MR10)?

Edit: I can't find anything that mentions a specific scan log.  According to the SAV_Linux_Impl.pdf guide:

P 16: All events that are generated are logged to the standard system log via syslog.

P 24: /var/symantec [contains] alert logs and quarantined files.
