Symantec Live update doesnt work?

How can we make the live update to work properly? we already exclude in the firewall and proxy all the links and ports that are needed, specially this links:
with the ports:
TCP: 139, 445, 2967, 8014, 443, 8443, 9090, 8445, 8446, 8444, 1433, 1812, 80
UDP: 137, 138, 39,999
Anyone know how? and also we already defined an admin account on the proxy of the live update and the sepm itself.
