  • 1.  symantec LIVE update error code 0x8007041D repair and i think i have trojan virus also

    symantec LIVE update error code 0x8007041D repair.

    Please help me with this I cannot open my:

    Internet Explorer, SEP, the folders in Control panel, the accessories, even the calculator,,,

    i dont know what to do,,i wish you could help me

    Hi mSyuki,

    Navigate to  C:\Windows\system32 folder  and look for snmpapi.dll

    Copy the snmpapi.dll from a working system to C:\Windows\system32 folder of the machine where you have the issue

    Then run a repair for the SEP Client

    Try scanning your machine with Norton Power eraser once
