  • 1.  symantec live update scan problem

    Hello, everybody. Pl.ease help me! My symantec antivirus live update can not start a full scan. There is an error reported wuth the scan engine. Something like 02oooo58  . How can I solve this problem?

    First try another free enti-virus from the web to see if you don't have a virus. If your PC is clean just re-install.

    Hi,

           It would be great if you could give us some more information about the Antivirus such as its version, the OS on the cclients, the OS on the server etc and also if possible the screen shot of the error message.
