Symantec Livestate Customer support?

We have been on Livestate Delivery for roughly a year now. So far we still have issues on replication(Which we are promised might be fixed with the 6.5 update coming at the end of March) and assorted patch manager and Symantec Gateway Security issues.

And we have not been able to get training, every class we have signed up for in Symantec Education dept have been cancelled. This is very frustrating since we are in a live environment.

For a product of such impact from a company as large as Symantec, why is there so little support and resource offered for it?
