Symantec LiveUpdate Administration Utility Generates Corrupt File Error

I've had an ongoing problem with Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition. When I try to run the LiveUpdate Administration Utility it generates an error saying "LU6013 Corrupt File Found On The Server...LiveUpdate is unable to continue as a file on the server may be corrupt. Please run LiveUpdate again later".

I've played round with the luadmin.hst file and reconfigured liveupdate completely. I've even installed the whole software suite cleanly on a new server. Could this be a licensing issue? Or a firewall issue perhaps? LiveUpdate is configured to get its updates via http, and the machine its on is given access to the net freely via our firewall.

    Any ideas?

m not sure if you've already tired this as well, but I just got over an issue with Live Update on Norton Professional 2004. Try running this fix tool to get latest version of LU:
    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/sharedtech.nsf/docid/1999051911110813?Open&src=w

Then I searched on how to manually update dat file for definitions. It will bring you to another tool where you can run it or get them manually. Go ahead and run the tool. That fixed my issue. Good luck and let me know how it goes.
