    - Have a look if your issue is within scope of the known problem from few days ago:

    LiveUpdate Administrator 2.x Download tasks fail at 98% or 99%, "Failed to commit and move updates" - "a different object with the same identifier value was already associated with the session"

    Article:TECH211068  |  Created: 2013-09-30  |  Updated: 2013-10-03  |  Article URL http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH211068

    - Check this very good article on LUA adjustment for timeouts and retry values on downloads:

    LiveUpdate Administrator 2.x Server Connection Recommendations

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/liveupdate-administrator-2x-server-connection-recommendations

    ...according to this set the following:

    * LUA GUI, click on Configure, then Preferences.  Scroll down to Server Connections.  Increase the timeout, retry and retry interval to improve the chance of successful connections.

    TIMEOUT: 120 seconds
    RETRY: 5
    RETRY INTERVAL: 10 seconds

    ...\Symantec\LiveUpdate Administrator\tomcat\webapps\lua\WEB-INF\classes\lua_static.properties - lua_static.properties can be opened in notepad, textpad or your favorite text editor. I recommend updating the following values to increase the number of retries and period between retries:

    download.retry.corruptFile=3
    download.resume.corruptFile.retry=10
    download.retry.corruptFile.sleep.msec=20000
    download.http.header.acceptRanges=bytes

    - refer the mentioned article for details.

    Hi J0neLL,

    "Thumbs up" to the advice, above.

    Also: how large are these download jobs that you  are attempting?  What products and components are selected?

    If you are attempting to download the entirety of several products all at once, the chances for failure are greater.  Don't try to boil the ocean: take it one bucketload at a time.  &: )  Run individual download tasks for each seperate product.  Especially on servers with low resources or limited network connections, this will have a greater chance of success.

    All the best,

    Mick
