Symantec LiveUpdate Failed

    Hi all,
     
    I installed Symantec Antiviurs 10.1 client with unmanaged option on Windows 2003 server. Since last week, I could not run Liveupdate completely. I got an error messages:
     
    LU1821: This update failed because it tried to overwrite a file that was in use. Close all of your Symantec applicatins and run LiveUpdate again.
     
    After I click OK, then I  got another error message:
     
    LiveUpdate was unable to update virus and security-risk definitions on your computer, Make sure that your system disk is not full and then run LiveUpdate again.
     
    Can anybody help me to fix the problem? Thanks in advance,
