  • 1.  Symantec Mail Gateway - Message Size Limit Exceeded

    Hello All,

    I faced a problem where I am not able to receive external email with the size of 14MB. I have already check the SMTP settings and it shows 20MB for Maximum message size in bytes for both inbound and outbound. 

    Bounce back error message is "552 5.3.4 message size limit exceeded at MAIL FROM".

    Appreciate any help from you guys.

    increase the limit 25 MB and check if the email is accepted.
