Symantec Mail Security 6.5 for Microsoft Exchange Build 6.5.8.285 was released October, 1st and it still not in FileConnect for my customers under SYMC PROTECTION SUITE ADVANCED BUSINESS EDITION 4.0 in Germany.
I tried the serial numbers for all of them without effort.
Is Symantec still in the process of rolling it out?
I know it will take a while, but not more than 4 weeks after the initial release.
There can sometimes be delays
There can sometimes be delays in publishing to the Suite profiles. You can always contact Customer Care and request a temporary serial number to download it.
