Symantec mail security services error

Hello.I have a problem and i want a solution if someone can help.SMS Virtual Directory Server service is not starting automatically or manually.It crashed i reboot the system and i cannot start it back.And many services depending from that cannot start also.
event id 7009 Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the SMS Virtual Directory Server service to connect.
and event id 7000 The SMS Virtual Directory Server service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
is what i get in event viewer.Any help appreciated because it is really urgent

Hi again.I cannot start it manually even after the change in the registry...Any help.I also get many errors in the brightmail logs.Type conduit cannot process heuristic and url rules and unable to process rule set.Also jlu process appears to be hanging and will be terminated nad warning unabme to initialize auditing message.The audid id header is not present.
Also in event viewer in system i get many warnings source smtpsvc message delivery to the host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx failed while delivering to the remote domain xxx@xxx.com
Any help.Maybe i have to reinstall the product...

I could be wrong here but I think that as long as you are paying the license subscription for the Symantec Mail Security product, you should be entitled to support.
Like I said, I could be wrong but you should definitely give the support line or customer care a call to be sure.

I manage to start the
I manage to start the services except one.I delete the data folder in \Symantec\SMSSMTP\ldapsync\enquire\DATA and after that everything went ok.But now i cannot start sms sync server and of course i cannot access ldap source and make a replication.I have copied the old data folder so if a file is needed i can have it back....Any suggestions?
