What has changed in the release notes for IT Management Suite 7.5

Also you can try this way, if you have I.E 11 which cannot be downgraded and  you want to use SMP Console for ITMS 7.5 release.

Support for IE 10 and 11 will be available (via compatability mode)  in 7.5 SP1, which is slated for release late this quarter. 

I use IE 10  the page cannot show anythink

Please downgrade I.E 10 to I.E 9, to avoid such problem in SMP 7.5 Console:

1. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and features
2. Go to Windows Features and disable Internet Explorer 11
3. Then click on Display installed updates
4. Search for Internet explorer
5. Right-click on Internet Explorer 11 > Uninstall
6. Do the same with Internet Explorer 10
7. Restart your computer

I have been using IE11 with SMP 7.5 now for 4 months without a single issue as long as enable compatibility mode for your console site.  99% of the console worked without enabling compatibility mode.

I cannot using IE10 and IE 11  on windows 7x64
