Symantec Management Console (7.1) not responded (error 'value" is null or not an object)

Would you advise how to solve this issue. I can't do nothing now from the Symantec Management Console, it can't display anything and show error at bottom right corner (error 'value' is null or not an ojbect). Please see attached.
I have tried to restart Altiris service 3 times on the SMP/Task server. I even restarted the server itself. Please help.

What is your SMP version? Have you recently applied any hotfixes or pointfixes?
Hi Ray,
The SMP version is 7.1. Latest update on the host server was 11/23/2012. Everything was all right up to Wed 12/05 5:00 PM. We can't patching for Thu 12/06, because I can't call up any thing from SMC console. Please advise.
