I haven't tried this myself, but to start I'd try the following,
- Open up IIS Manager, and select the default website
- In the right hand pane, select SSL Settings from the right-hand pane
- In the SSL Settings, take off "Require SSL"
I think this setting will propagate down. But check the sites underneath just confirm.
- I think you might then need to check that the agents are not using SSL. The only way I can think of doing this is by ensuring the agents are connecting using HTTP rather than HTTPS. This can be configured through the alternate URL in the agent settings
So, check the box, and ensure you are set to HTTP here.
- Repeat the above step for the other target Symantec Management Platform agent settings.
Please backup the server before you try any of this... ;-)
Would also be interested in seeing how others would tackle this.
Kind Regards,
Ian./
