  • 1.  Symantec Management Platform Installation problem,

    Hi

    We are installing SMP and when we got to the database configuration part we cancel the installation because we dont have the database yet. When we rerun the Symantec installation manager and try to install the SMP once we got in the Notification Server Configuration it says this:

    The 'Default Web Site' website could not be automatically bound to port '80'. This may be because the port is already bound to a certificate that has been deleted. Please run the IIS Manager to ensure that the 'Default Web Site' is not incorrectly bound to a certificate and then restart IIS. Reload this page by clicking Back and then Next and then select the website and certificate you want to use

     

    Please help me I'm on a client right now.

    Hey guys I got it,

     

    I delete the default web site and create a new one with this path "C:\inetpub\wwwroot", I named it default then after the creation I rename it as Default Web Site.
