Hi,
We have an appliance for Symantec Messaging gateway and initially we were able to configure it and it was OK.
Later we faced an issue with its password and we were unable to recover it hence had to restore it to factory settings.
After the restore we reconfigured it and and we are able to log in but we are unable to access it through the webconsole.
When we checked the device it is unable to reach the gateway. Tried to ping its own IP it is working but unable to reach other devices from the appliance.
DELETED ALL the configuration and tried to reconfigure it but still the same.
Connected the network cable to different port on the device still unable to reach.
Restarted the device still the same.
Please assist what can be done.
