    Posted Feb 05, 2014 09:24 AM

    About two weeks ago we upgraded the messaging gateway to 10.5.1, there has not been any issues except yesterday and today I received the message notification below:

     ======================= ALERT NOTIFICATION ================================

    The following Scheduled Tasks have Failed :

      Task : Content Incident Folder Notification ( Informational Incidents )
      Host :
      Last Run Time : Tuesday, Feb 04, 2014 11:00:00 PM CST

    Details about this failure have been logged to BrightmailLog.log. Access this Control Center
    console log on the Logs page of the Symantec Messaging Gateway Control Center.

    Not sure what this means and what I should do?

    I am receiving the exact same message daily from the Messaging gateway:

    ======================= ALERT NOTIFICATION ================================

    The following Scheduled Tasks have Failed :

      Task : Content Incident Folder Notification ( Quarantine Incidents )

    How long is the investigation going to take and can I simply disable this daily false alert by going into the Content Incident Folder Settings and deleting Quarantine Incidents?  It's already set to not do anything, so I'm not certain if deleting it will help.  Please advise.
