    Bonjour,

    Je possède actuellement le produit Symantec Mobile Management (SYMM) et j'ai lu sur différents forum que les API SAFE sont extrement complet et permettent de controler à distance un device de manière beaucoup plus forte.

    Je suis novice avec les API, est ce que quelqu'un connait un tutoriel ou des liens concernant les API SAFE ?

    Comment faire pour mettre en place ces API et comment fonctionne ces API ? Est ce qu'il existe un lien avec SYMM ?

    Hello, ok in english so,

    I have already read the 3 books about Symantec Mobile Management

    Symantec Mobile Management 7.2 SP3 Release Notes 2013-11-05

    But it's not my question.

    I'm looking for someone who installed or used API SAFE with Symantec Mobile Management.

    First what is API SAFE ? How does it works ? It is include in SYMM ?

    and How can I install it ?

     

    I read in some forum that API SAFE could be help to manage device, for exemple to configure mail account or configure the VPN device ?

    Hello, okay?

    In November I opened a case in symantec regarding the Samsung SAFE, the technician also could not explain myself, but after a while it told me that the current agent in play store does not support the functionality of SAFE and in December the app would be updated in Store. We're in February and the agent has not yet been updated.

    Thanks for the comments. So I think it's not yet available, and the last update for TECH213470 is 2013-12-19...Symantec forgott ...

    But do you know how API SAFE works ?

    My commercial engineer told me that I can use API SAFE but she's wrong !

    Can I take the control of Samsung Galxy S3 or S4 with only agent Symantec Mobile Management ? Configure exchange account for example.

    Hello,

    So, have researched a lot about SAFE and also have not found much about it. According to symantec support, just only the mobile management  agent for policies work, but for that the agent has to support functionality, which is not occurring.
