    Hello All,

     

    I have a question between Symantec Network Access Control and Symantec Endpoint, i have only license of Symantec Endpoint Protection, For Management of the client on desktop , i must have Symante Network Control ?

    Yes, you need a separate license for SNAC. SNAC is built-in to SEP but a separate license will activate it.

    Snac is require the different license from SEPM.

    The SEP license alone will allow you to deploy and manage SEP on your client machines without issue, and is a full product in, and of, itself.

    SNAC is a separate license that allows the assignement of Host integrity policies, and can integrate with SEP so that operate from the same client.

    There is no dependency between them though.  You can have SEP without SNAC, and SNAC without SEP (for now).
