    SEPM 12.1 RU4 MP1a is latest one.

    Latest version is RU4 MP1a (SEPM only),Symantec will release SEPM 12.1 RU5 couple of month.

    SEPM 12.1.4.1a is running version. You choose this version fro upgrade.

    Upgrade in 12.1 RU4 MP1a.

    It upgrade your SEPM version in 12.1 RU4 MP1a. Clients version are 12.1 RU4 MP1.
