Symantec PCAnyhwere Plugin Install fails with Error 1002

Hi All,

We are facing some issue with the Symantec PC Anywhere Plugin Install. This is failing with error code 1002.

Uninstalled and re installed the Plugin but still no use.

Checked the below link but could not succeed.

IF the PCA plugin is not installing properly  and the article did not help, have you checked firewall settings on the PC?  A lot of times the firewall will block the install of PCA.  Also if you have or are using alternate remote software, such as dameware, it will block pcAnywhere as the remote service is running.
