    Hi all,

    The following information about the problem as I found the Symantec KB but update not later.
    Is there any solution of the problem to resolve?

    HI,

    As you can see from the References section on the article you posted, the the outlook plug-in is not longer supported so I wouldn't expect a solution to this issue.
    Any chance the following article would be of any help?
