symantec policy can not update on the client side

  • 1.  symantec policy can not update on the client side

    we try to control removable devices by setting up symantec policy,

    when the policy is done, we found that not all of PCs updated their symantec policy, some of them  can not receive ,event updated manually.

    what should be the problem cause this issue.
