Dear All,

We are running Symantec Policy management console for windows xp embedded clients recently we have procured 50 more license, we recieved serial key which i am not able to get the .xlm file to update it in the license management, please help me where do i get the license file to update.

You should received the license file via email.. The license file in the form of slf or XML?

You can call to symantec license team they will be provide .slf file.

We have recieved only serial key, and find the attached jpge in portal it says there is no data available.

What happend when you will be activate through license key? Activating your new or renewed Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 product license http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO55294

it required only xml no option for adding serial key as how we do it for SEPM

For the .slf file you can conct symantec licensing team. They can send you the file.
