Symantec Problems

Our new IT guy put Symantec security on all our computers throughout the company. As a past IT guy who worked with thousands of computer issues the first order of business was always to take Symantec off any computer that had it on it because it was nothing but trouble in particular when looking at computers freezing and computers being so slow they were not really useable. After having this product for two weeks I my system I can see nothing has changed. Did you guys by any chance help set up the healthcare website?? I can no longer do my job effectively. Since Symatec was installed two and a half weeks ago I have had 19 cases where I had to do a hard reboot just to get the computer going again, twelve hours of work has become fourteen hours of work and the family is starting to complain, and finally I constatly have to exit and relog into my business software just to have a chance of entering any data into the system at all. As bad as this system is it looks like you are here to stay but I have a wonder idea for your company. Take a look at the forums and the thousands of complaints out on the web and fix the problem please I'm begging you don't just take money from people make a useful product. My level of frustration with bad software companies is now overflowing. Fix it or close shop.

Constant computer freezing and lockups is as staightforward as it gets. Is it bashing when it has been a known issue all these years? Could care less took it off my computer and can you believe I have had no issues since I made this post and my computer is functional again. Amazing.................if I would have just done that to begin with I wouldn't have wasted the guys time who could not speak English, your time, and mine. Thanks for your support!!
