Protection Engine for Network Attached Storage

Hi All,

This is about Symantec Protection Engine(SPE) 7.0 for NetApp devices(Storage). After installing SPE 7.0 at windows server 2012, all the options or tabs are appearing as faded i.e. not able to access. What could be the reason? If, its not the right community, please let me know the right community whom I would be able to assign it or share.

You need to install the license file.

It is installed. You can see in the attachment, it is showing a date of 2015.

Not for AV scanning or content filtering? Once you add those, you should then have access.

Your AV Scanning & Url Filtering license not available,once all license requirement fullfilled option are available.
