I have purchased Symantec Protection Suite Small Business Edition 3.0. After registering the product I am presented with a single license key for "SYMC BACKUP EXEC SYSTEM RECOVERY FOR SYMC PROTECTION SUITE SMALL BUSINESS EDITION 3.0 I/O STD LIC". I then went to https://fileconnect.symantec.com and downloaded all of the products in the suite. My question is where do I get the license keys to install the individual products? I have tried using the key I was given and it will not work for ANY of the BESR products I downloaded using the serial number I was given. What am I missing? Are all of the products managed from a single interface in which this key is used for? I don't get it?
I would contact Customer Care. They should be able to assist you.

The license key should be on the License Certificate from Symantec. Its a 16 digit key.
