Hi,

Doesn't appear to be as it is OEM. The poster above actually wrote a blog about this which wasn't included.

However, you can take confirmation on this based on the link below:

You actually shouldn't buy it...anybody who has it as part of a deal purchasing a tape drive for example, is advised to upgrade to the latest FULL version. That would be my recommendation too...

Note that support for the BE QSE is provided by the vendor of the tape drive who bundles the BE QSE with the tape drive. You cannot get support from Symantec if you are using a QSE.
