    Hi All,

    Anyone got a solution or workaround for this?

     

    Issue:

    Upon enrolment of iOS 8 on "Work Hub", we execute the configuration of secure mail. When joining workspace the secure mail application crashes.

     

    Troubleshooting:

    1. If we disable join workspace in settings it works but we need it to join workspace

    2. Tried on 2 different iPads & iPhone 5s on iOS 8 with symantec mobility suite 5.0 cloud version (appcenterhq)

     

    Any explanation of the cause will be accepted as well on why it crashes upon joining workspace. Thanks!

    Is this still happening with the latest version of Secure Email? There was an update pushed on 9/29 to address some iOS 8 issues.
