I upgraded to SP3 and installed SEP RU5 and it broke some legacy applications. I tried to reload Ru4 back onto the computers, but the windows installer that came with RU4 will not apply the software onto SP3. It gives an error that the version is newer and something about contacting the vendor.
It has to do with that it was probably designed for SP2 and not SP3, but I need to load the old SEP ru4 onto SP3 until the legacy applications are fixed and then I can upgrade to RU5.
How can I get SEP RU4 onto the SP3 computers?
IS there an installer software that will work?
Is my only recourse to roll back to SP2?
