Hi all,

I've just strated the CleanWipe Tools to erase all the remained symantec files after uninstallation.

Register the windows script.dll and check all the authorization of the local account.

After I rebooted the system, I reinstalled it again, but the problem is the same.

I upload all the Logs for your reference.

The logs show error 1603. Take a look at this KB -

I've upload the install log as a RAR file.

I suspect the something wrong with the machine policy

"Machine policy value 'DisableMsi' is 1" is in the beginning logs

I can't post all the logs here due to the error message "

Your submission contains invalid characters and will not be accepted."

If the version 11.0.7 can't be installed properly, Neither can version 12.0
