Hi,

I would like to add some text on the title page so that the users know what system they are logging in to.

Can this be done?

You can alter the logo on the ProcessManager homepage via Admin - Master Settings (may be called portal settings, I forget)

You could modify the logo like reecardo stated or you could modify the Template33_66-100.aspx file in the Workflow directory.  I've done this with the login.aspx file.  We needed to change the text and URL for the forgot password link.  One thing to note though, doing these modifications may break something and it's completely unsupported.
