Endpoint Protection

Hi ,

I have installed Symantec Endpoint Manager 12.1 trial version on microsoft windows server 2012 ... i want to use SNAC feature for which i want to know if its also available in trial version ... what do i need to do ?

Starting with 12.1.5, the Host Integrity component is built in to the SEPM. You should see it as part of the Policies section.

i am using 12.1.4 but i am not seeing host integrity in the policies tab .....what should i do ?

You need to upgrade. It was first integrated in 12.1.5 so you won't see it with the version that you currently have.

The latest SEPM version is 12.1.6.1.a

ok is there a trial version for 12.1.6 a available to download ?

If it's not out there, you'll need to call support and they should be able to send you the link. Not sure why there is an old version out there currently.

ok thanks sir for the help .. need to ask one more question where are there two installer setup files in symantec endpoit protection 12.1.5 media... how should i install it like in 12.1.4 there was only one setup so was just a bit confused that y asked it 

You need to run the one that's located in the SEPM folder
 

here is a screen shot i m confused which file to run first 

Part 1 contains EVERYTHING (SEPM, clients, tools, docs)

Part 2 contains tools only

The last one is the SEPM install. Ideally this is the one you want to install the SEPM.
