Symantec Support on Customized workflows

Hi All,

I need to create a workflow for the Complaint system and for this I am working if any one have any Idea kindly share, also I want to know that symantec provide support on customized workflows which have a high level of customization by the client...

Unfortunately, Symantec Support will be unable to provide support for customizated workflows as it falls out of the scope of Support. We will however assist if we are able to determine that the workflow is failing due to a issue with one of the out of box components.

As you could appreciate given the complexity of some custom workflows, providing Support would be quite difficult and time consuming.
