Symantec Tomcat Log - Errors

Hey All,

 

I'm going through my SEPM logs and noticed an error in SesmLu-2 that is repeating (or varying) constantly.

Any ideas on this one, and should I be concerned?

Is the LiveUpdate working

Is the LiveUpdate working correctly? Is the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) updating without problems?

I think these information are nothing to worry about. Secondly, please not that "SesmLu-2" is not the recent one - SesmLu.Log is the newest.

What are the Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) versions released officially?

They're in SesmuLu.log as

They're in SesmuLu.log as well. Huge amounts of entries written every second for the same thing/

LiveUpdate and the manager/clients are working as expected.

There have been a few issues such as having to restart the server to get SEPM to function properly, but that's uncommon.

So this isn't a problem?

I've checked my test machine,

I've checked my test machine, and I have the same entries.

Since definitions are updating correctly I would not worry.

In case of any LiveUpdate problems you can check the Log.LiveUpdate log (\Documents and Settings\All users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate)
