Are you require the uninstallation password for client?

There is no way to see the nnstallation password but there is option from which you can remove the password of sep client. See the below blog to remove the password.

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/blogs/remove-smc-password-without-applying-policy-server.

One other option is run the latest cleanwipe tool.

Cleanwipe tool is available in fileconnect tool folder which can help to uninstall the client without password.

    For Cleanwipe.

    File connect address - https://symantec.flexnetoperations.com/control/symc/registeranonymouslicensetoken

You can enter the key and then choose the language.

It will show SEP 12.1.5 Part 2_Tools. You can downlod and extract then run the cleanwipe on system.

Why don't you just remove the uninstall password from the SEPM for the clients? It's rather simple...
