are these clients managed clients? are clients supposed to get the updates from SEPM?

how is teh heartbeat set? is it in push mode or pull mode?

all clients are managed by the SEPM.

Is the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager taking updates?

Is there Internet connection running on the SEPM Server?

The Managed clients do take their definition updates from the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM).

The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) communicates with each managed client upon the heart beat interval set and as per the Liveupdate Policy set.

Hope that helps!!

You required to configure the Live Update setting

All these clients are getting communicate with server?? What is the status on client or Server?

Telnet the system with 8014 port to check the connectivity.
