Hi All,

Recently, i reinstall the Symantec Veritas Storage EXEC 5.3, and i had facing problem on reinstall this application.

*My server OS: Window 2003 SP2 
*NO install Terminal Services

While i reinstall SE, the application does not allow me to choose any component to install after i key in the product key.
On the component menu , all the component is in " Red cross" and do not  allow me to select " install " .

I had try to reinstall SE with login to local admin ID but failed.
On summary, the IE unable to display any error message( Pafe cannot be displayed)  and the log files show that the installation completed with successful.

Need yr help please...
