Hi, any assistance offered will be greatly appreicated. Can anyone offer some advice on deploying Symantec Virtual Apps through Citrix XenApp and Citrix Receiver. Our VDI's are Citrix and our apps are created in SWV, streamed in SWS.

Should I be able to stream to those VDI's just like a normal desktop without any need to interact with Citrix?

What about Receiver, I've been through the doco (https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/how-deploy-streamed-apps-citrix-xenapp-server) with mixed success. Any further tips or tricks there?

Also, AppSense. Do I need AppSense (or similiar) for my virtual apps to ensure the profiles are OK? Help on this will also be wonderful as I don't yet fully understand it.

I checked the licensing question:

When using SWV on a terminal server or Citrix Xenapp server the regular swv license is not good enough. The customer should by the license SWV for terminal services.

For every user you need one license to be in compliance with the SWV licensing rules.
