Don't forget to register your license on the my.symantec.com (formerly licensing.symantec.com) site so that you can upgrade your registration to SWG 5.2 first

Here's an article on upgrading your license, just in case.  It was originally written for SEP, but the steps are identical for upgrading to the latest SWG5.2 release (I had to do this before I could DL 5.2)

Where can I find the "Upgrade Notification ID" or the "Customer Number" and "Order Number"s?

The upgrade notification is normally emailed to you (on whatever email address was provided during the license purchase) , whereas the customer number and order number are on the PDF from Symantec that has all the serial numbers on it.

You should already have everything you need to perform the license version upgrade, I find it's usually just a matter of locating them.
