Symaten Mail Security 8380 Issue

We have upgraded our SMS Software version from 8.0 to 9.0. After Upgrade we have observed that we are not able to get System administrator NDR report with original message. This is happening for one particular email which is containing two attachment ( .HTM and .SIG).
Now we have degraded the software to version 8.0 in one SMS to receive the NDR email correctly. Please provide me the solution for the same.
