I got my mc75 scanner up and running barcode 7.1 sp1 after several issues 

Now I am having the barcode scanner lock up after 5 scans. 

I found the following on Symbols website that says that MC75 has issues and to download a dll fix. I would feel better if someoen else has done this fix also

so the offical respone this morning was that windows mobile os 6.5 is not supported. they only go up to windows mobile os 6.1 classic  or the WIndows Mobile 5.0 Phone Edition with MSFP 

did you know that windows mobile 5.0 phone came out in 2005 ?

windows mobile OS 6.5 classic  came out in 2009 

the suggestion is to go do the symbol fix and then let them know what happens 

ok barcode 7.1 sp2 release date looks to be dec 14th which will have support for the MC75a. will wait till then

Let me know how it works for you.  We are looking at getting a new scanner and that one was on our short list.

downloaded the new upgrade - the mc75a is shown in the list of support apps 

unfortunatly you have to upgrade the CMDB to get this to work. So I might test it in the test enviroment but not for a month or two in production as I just rolled Service Desk to production. I am not allowed any production changes to the database for at least a month .
