Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

  • 1.  SYMC PROTECTION SUITE SMALL BUSINESS EDITION 4.0

    Hi,

    Previous Year i had SYMC PROTECTION SUITE SMALL BUSINESS EDITION 4.0. which include

    • Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition Client
    • Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange
    • System Recovery Desktop Edition

     

    Now Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition upgrate to Cloud but when i receive price from my partner  for renewal our Licenses  the cost is 8 times up from previous year and has split all the products instead of previous year taht send me a regular price for product SYMC PROTECTION SUITE SMALL BUSINESS EDITION 4.0.

    I need your opinion because i think something goings wrong here.

    I believe this is correct. There have been complaints about this previously. You can contact the sales team though if needed by opening a case.

    You might want to wait on that renewal, because Symantec is about to pull a fast one.

    It's called, "Let's re-issue a security suite after previously discontinuing the old one."

    How can open a case in sales team?
